In reply to: D.D. Escalante posted an update other pic was better. you looked older. Viewmy comment was based of attractiveness not business. I’m not into dudes but in my opinion they look better with beards and aged, like some sort of fine cheese that’s been in the cellar for several decades.

In reply to: Doug Lance posted an update What do you think about abolishing free content on eFiction? Should all of our stories be pay-to-read? Viewdisagree. I cant read any of the stories on my new Samsung windows 7 tablet. maybe its cause i’m in Asia but its hard enough to get samples on certain servers and PCs. as soon as I finish Steinbeck on my train ride to Hong Kong I’ll be buying them on my kindle.and yes my spelling is terrible. I’m still figuring out how to use windows 7 program.

In reply to: New blog post imported by Jay Debruyne: Catching Fire – Suzanne Collins – Book Review – 5 / 5 Buy it from Amazon Katniss survived the Hunger Games. Now the Capitol wants revenge. It’s payback time, and her chance […] ViewAwesome review, Jay, but to dig into the actual series itself allow me to belch out my opinion….I skipped ahead to the last book and was really disapointed with where Collins went with regards to Katniss. I thought she was all for a real, tough yet feminine heroinne and turns out what Katniss ends up becomming is a political pawn, a meme-giant…[Read more]

I also liked the empathetic tone. Also the sad realization of how much work sex can sometimes be, not something I knew when I was younger. Also liked the impulse to get up and leave.

In reply to: Kevin Fraleigh posted an update Normally I wouldn’t post something here I haven’t written, but this article provides some insight into what happens in the brain when you read fiction. It’s all about the science. […] ViewI love how scientists spend all this time and money ’discovering’ stuff that the average person understands empirically. It kind of entertaining to read about scientists who are finally keeping abreast of common sense techniques that writers utilize on a daily basis. It’s guess it’s nice, though, to have ”PROOF.” Now I can pin this article on my…[Read more]
